Get ready for a day of family fun and community support at the Far Rockaway Community Family Fun Day! Join us on Saturday, August 10, from 10 AM to 2 PM at Bayswater Park. This free event offers something for everyone: school supply giveaways, health services, bouncy houses, and food and clothing distribution. Enjoy music from a live DJ while connecting with your neighbors. Sponsored by local organizations, schools, and elected officials, this event aims to bring our community together and provide essential resources. Don't miss out on this opportunity to prepare for the school year and have a great time with your family!

The Rock Studio will offer business and entrepreneurship training and small business start-up support in the heart of the new “renaissance” zone in Far Rockaway.

The Rock Kitchen is a teaching/demonstration kitchen that provides on-the-job training, offering classes in professional baking, food safety, and business skills.
